Westpac One is an innovative online banking platform that offers an easy and user-friendly experience. With this app, banking becomes more convenient, no matter where you are. The Westpac One app ensures secure access to your Westpac accounts, offering multiple options for authentication such as Face ID, Touch ID, or a five-digit PIN. It provides a comprehensive range of features including:

• Applying for loans and credit cards
• Temporary blocking of your credit card in case of loss
• Making payments to accounts in New Zealand or overseas
• Opening a new account
• Opening and viewing term deposits
• And much more.

The app also features a smart Timeline that allows you to conveniently view, search, and filter all your transactions from across all your accounts in one place.

Furthermore, selected account balances can be checked and transfers can be made between those accounts without the need to log in again.

All these functionalities are backed up by Westpac's world-class online security system, Online Guardian.

To get started with Westpac One, simply download the app if you are already an online banking customer. For Westpac customers who are not registered for online banking, you can call us on 0800 400 600 (Weekdays 7 am - 8 pm and Saturday & Sunday 8 am - 5 pm) or visit your local branch to register.
